About the Broker - Steve Komondorea
Steve is the past State Chairman of the Florida's Business Brokers Association (2004-2005) (FBBA) and the former President of the association's Southwest Chapter. He is a current member of the Alliance of Florida Business Brokers (AFLBB) and current member of Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and currently Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP).
As a licensed REALTOR®, Steve maintains his membership with Cape Coral Association of REALTORS®, as well as the State and the National Associations of REALTORS®. He is also the former President and Director of the Commercial & Investment Real Estate Association (CIREA), and holds the CFBI (Certified Florida Business Intermediary) designation.
Roger Campagnolo Jr.
Currently licensed with RealAmerica Realty®, Roger is a Class A General Contractor representing a construction company, CP Design-Build Services. Over the past 30 years, he has worked in the Southwest Florida real estate market, and owned and operated Campagnolo Construction Inc, Prudential Campagnolo Real Estate Co., and Campagnolo Mortgage Group.
Roger has also served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for Cape Coral for more than 10 years, and on the Private School Boards for more than five years. He is involved in land development, custom construction consulting, and land investment groups throughout the area. Roger has developed more than 1,000 homes and multi-family units in the Southwest Florida area.
Danny Aguirre has worked in the Real Estate and Property Management industry for over 18 years and has served in management roles for the sectors of Student Housing, Residential, Commercial, Retail and Medical portfolios. The work was diverse and he acquired great experience in Management, Construction Management, Leasing & Sales. Mr. Aguirre has served as Regional Property Manager for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) & Developers Diversified Realty (DDR) & Starwood Property Trust (STWD), all three NYSE listed companies with large portfolios nationwide. There he gained both operational and corporate level experience. The focus of his efforts being to oversee Investment Strategies, New Business Development and the Management of the facilities and operational practices and initiate cost saving when possible for a number of major projects. During this time, he managed and leased several Real Estate portfolio’s totaling over 10,000,000 sq. ft. and created and managed annual budgets of $10,000,000. Mr. Aguirre currently serves as a Fund Manager with RealAmerica Realty which allows him to create, manage and sell both Businesses and Real Estate projects. He develops business concepts while automating processes bringing solutions by reducing operating expenses and increasing revenues for different business ventures.
